LAST ORDER DATE FOR MOTHERS DAY ITEMS - We are extremely busy now and have therefore had to bring date forward. Planted crates = 5pm SATURDAY 6TH MARCH (sorry some items are now out of stock) and Empty crates = SUNDAY 7TH MARCH. Sorry there will be no late orders accepted.
ADVANCED WARNING OF HOLIDAY CLOSURE - We will be making the most of the Easter Weekend break and taking a holiday at this time too. Therefore there will be no deliveries made w/c 5th April. Last dispatch will be Wednesday 31st March beforehand and next dispatch after holiday will be Tuesday 13th April.
Large & Square Planted Crates - dispatched five to seven days from receipt of order. Please include a note under "delivery instructions" if you require a specific delivery day (Tues- Fri only)
Small Planted Crates - as above.
All empty personalised crates (not exceeding 5 in total) - usually dispatched within 4 working days. (with the exception of w/c 8th March where they will be dispatched one week from order) If you need something urgently, please email or phone to ascertain whether possible.
Solid Pine Toybox - please allow 14 days but email if require earlier and will do our best.

DELIVER CHARGES - All empty crates and small planted crates cost £5.95 for delivery. All Square and Large Planted crates cost £8.95. Multiple orders to the same address are only slightly more. |
